I change part of regulations of the specific day about the cancelation cost (cancellation fee). 

I reckon it from accommodation date on a specific day (GW, tray, New Year holidays) and charge a cancellation fee (20%) from seven days ago. 

On the specific day after October, 2022, it is as follows
